Setting and Executing Strategy

A company's strategy defines the steps a company will go through to reach a desired goal. Well-defined strategies explain how a company will get from where it is today to where it wants to be in the future. We have helped our clients with a variety of strategy initiatives.

Our process for setting and executing strategy is adapted from The Balanced Scorecard, a well regarded tool for helping companies achieve success. While most management tools focus on financial measurement, our system provides a more comprehensive perspective on a company's performance. We look at the relationship between Financial, Customer, Internal Operations, and Growth and Learning perspectives while assuring they are in alignment.

The first step is to figure out where you are today. We will share our performance management process with you while demonstrating the tangible results you will receive. We will facilitate a 2-hour strategy and execution session with your senior leadership team to learn all about your business practices, your people, and your core processes. We will draft a strategy map, outline competitive differences, and outline critical issues to address. We will follow-up the session with points covered and recommendations to pursue.
